Cancellation

Cancellation can be processed only in cases of duplicate ordering, to the extent of the duplicate order, if the cancellation request is placed within 12 hours of placing the duplicate order and if products are not already dispatched at the time of receipt of cancellation request. 

We do not accept any exchange or return of our products in ordinary course. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and keep the prices fair, all products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you. In a rare case that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please get in touch with our customer service team on mail.thepinkwindow@gmail.com stating the exact nature of damage with photographs of the product and unboxing video within 24 (twenty four) hours of receipt of the product. We shall thereafter advise you on the process of exchange. Exchange shall be made of another piece of the same product. Request for a different size would be considered as an exchange.

Returns

Thepinkwindow.com aspires to ensure that every transaction on our website is smooth. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Many of our products are handmade and there may be a slight variation in color or design. While as a policy, we do not entertain returns on our products, in an unlikely situation that you may not like the product delivered to you, please get in touch with our customer service team on mail.thepinkwindow@gmail.com stating the reason for return with photographs of the product and unboxing video within 24 (twenty four) hours of receipt of the product. We shall thereafter advise you on the process of return and refund of amount paid by you.

Please note that the product must be sent for exchange or return with its original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition. Shipping charges of INR200/- shall be charged, deducted for all cases of exchange and return of products.

Refund

Refunds, if applicable shall be made as under: 
(1) Pre-paid Orders, at your choice either:
(a) by way of credit to In-store wallet – within 72 hours of acceptance of refund by us on orderly receipt of our products, with 5% additional amount; or
(b) in your bank/credit card account – within 10 days of acceptance of refund by us on orderly receipt of our products
 

(2) All refunds against COD orders shall necessarily be made by way of credit in In-store wallet, without any additional amount. Credits to In-store wallet shall be valid for one year from the date of credit.

This policy is subject to force majeure conditions. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Noida, U.P.
