Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Cash on Delivery available for order under Rs. 50,000/-.The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped. The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you. In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on orders@THE PINK WINDOW.in. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days, else THE PINK WINDOW.in will not be liable to accept the product. enables the sale of a variety of products.
