We at THE PINK WINDOW know how important it is for you to receive the products purchased by you in the finest condition, and on time. We have engaged with a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Depending upon your location, products are generally delivered within 7-10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will be provided with the shipping details as and when the products are shipped.
The delivery provider will make maximum of 2 (two) attempts to deliver. Additional delivery fees at actuals will be charged in case re-delivery is required. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at your end (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be payable by you. We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of the products by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any situation beyond our reasonable control. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (i.e. Monday – Friday), subject to availability of stocks.
Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. We’re continuously striving to get your purchased products to you sooner. In cases of delay, we will make our best efforts to notify you of the delay and likely date of receipt of products. Priority Shipping (wherever available) is serviced at additional costs – costs vary based on the products and your location.
